These terms and conditions ("Agreement") set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the services provided by Graham Ti’Amore, an interior designing firm located in India. By availing our services, you hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions mentioned herein. We request you to read these terms and conditions carefully before availing our services.

Gruham Ti’ Amore provides interior designing services to its clients. We specialize in space planning, furniture selection, lighting design, color consultation, and project management. Our team of experienced professionals will work with you to provide customized solutions to meet the specific needs of your project. By availing our services, the client agrees to the terms and conditions mentioned herein.

We require a down payment of 10% to start the 2D Design, 15% to start the 3DDesign, 50% before the Production, 25% before installation and 5% after handover. The remaining payment should be made upon completion of the project. We accept payment through various modes like cash, cheque, and online transfers. In case of any delay in payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the project until the payment is made. We request our clients to make the payment in a timely manner to avoid any delays in the project.

If the client wishes to cancel the project, they must do so in writing. The down payment made by the client will not be refunded in such cases. However, if the project has not yet commenced, we may consider a partial refund. In case of cancellation due to any reasons beyond the client's control, we may reschedule the project subject to the availability of resources. We request our clients to inform us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel or reschedule the project.

If the client wishes to make any changes to the project, they must inform us in writing. We reserve the right to approve or reject any such changes. If approved, the client will be charged an additional fee. The additional fee will depend on the nature and extent of the changes requested by the client. We request our clients to provide us with clear and specific instructions regarding any changes they wish to make to the project.

We will maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by theclient. Any confidential information will not be disclosed to any third party without the client's prior written consent. We will take all reasonable measures to protect the client's information from unauthorized access or disclosure. We request our clients to provide us with only the necessary information required for the project.

The client retains all intellectual property rights to any designs or plans created during the project. However, we reserve the right to use the designs or plans for our promotional purposes with the client's prior written consent. We shall not be responsible for any infringement of intellectual property rights arising out of our services. We request our clients to provide us with all the necessary information and details regarding their intellectual property rights.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreementshall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. We request our clients to abide by the laws of India while availing our services.
